Below the Customer Bill of Rights, we've also have a list of what we believe our Rights are from our clients as your real estate broker.

 You have the right:

1. To be able to speak with a real, live person when you call the Live Well team, or have someone call you or email you back within a reasonable time frame if we are unavailable.
2. To receive helpful, down-home & Texas friendly advice each & every time you call or email us about any questions you & your friends might have.
3. To not be "oversold" or "over promised" with marketing plans that will not or cannot be met, or last minute excuses that are insulting to your intelligence.
4. To receive Austin Area real estate information from the Live Well Team that is accurate, without being overly "sales-pitched".  When you do ask for this information, we are here to help.
5. To be offered the most inclusive and innovative marketing and sales process, the obvious reason you're interested in us. And to have your property marketed by at least two dedicated sales people on the Live Well team.  

The Live Well team politely asks these rights from our clients to us:

1. To understand that quality & an excellent experience sometimes costs more, although not always. The service that you recommend to your friends will be a direct reflection of your good taste. If it is amazing, you will be amazing.
2. To understand that we pride ourselves on good service. If we fail you in any way, it is not intentional, & we'll do what we can to make it right within reason.
3. That real estate industry inherently is riddled with inconveniences that might cause minor delays & frustrations. We ask that you have realistic expectations pertaining to the inclusions, price paid, and value while on-site in our properties
4. To understand that The Live Well Team is an exclusive boutique Real Estate Brokerage provider, and that we have zero desire to be a commodity, volume-based Company.
