| Procedures for applying and signing a Lease Agreement - Most properties leases start either in June, July, or August and have a 12 month term. - Some properties may have flexibility with their start and end dates for new & existing tenants. |
| NEW TENANTS 1. Narrow your choices down to number of bedrooms and location. 2. Make appointment to view and reserve interested properties. 3. Fill out applications and make photocopies of your license and fax them both. ( Qualified tenants who fill out and fax or turn in Applications in first will have first right of refusal !!!) 4. Make second appointment to go over and sign Lease Agreement and pay security deposit. FYI: If you have no credit or no landlord history or are under 21 or are a freshman/sophomore, parents or legal guardian will have to co-sign the lease agreement. |
