David Briner, | The Perry Henderson Group at Douglas Elliman Real Estate

David was born and raised in Houston and College Station, TX where he graduated from Bryan High School in 2008. He attended college at Southwestern University in Georgetown and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Upon his graduation, he moved to the city of Pflugerville where he started with two friends, a real estate investment company Renovo Investments, which he currently runs as its CEO. He brings with him 7 years of experience investing in the Texas real estate market as his company continues to grow and invest primarily in income producing, multi-residential properties in the Bryan-College Station, Pflugerville and Austin areas.

David likes to travel internationally and loves spending time with his dogs, Talon and Duke. He enjoys the company of his brother and friends as they explore the unique variety of food the City of Austin has to offer, and continues to study in his spare time to one day return to school for his Law Degree.
